About Afghanistan-America Foundation
A Charitable Foundation founded in 1996, AAF is dedicated to
helping rebuild a new, free and peaceful Afghanistan by working
with the Afghan diaspora in the United States.
International Voluntary Service Activities
Since January, 2002, AAF has funded the reconstruction of over
200 homes in villages outside of Kabul. Supplying the raw materials,
AAF's Project Director has utilized dozens of native villagers
themselves to rebuild their homes. Through its many contacts throughout
the country, AAF is capable of placing volunteers where they are
most needed.
