About Cross International Aid, Inc.
Cross International Aid, Inc. is an inter-denominational Christian organization that provides funding and commodity assistance to the poor in developing countries through local ministries engaged in development and humanitarian projects.
Cross does not support a staff overseas but relies on local Church partners in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia to carry out activities for health, education, micro credit and low-cost housing construction, among other interventions.
Assistance is provided without consideration of race or creed. The focus is on the most vulnerable populations, e.g., victims of HIV/AIDS, orphans and households headed by single-mothers.
International Voluntary Service Activities
Heretofore, Cross has not actively promoted the recruitment and placing of volunteers with our partner affiliates abroad. However, in a number of cases, we have facilitated through the provision of operational support the work of volunteers recruited directly by local partners.
