About Impak

Impak is an independent, not-for-profit organization that brings qualified and motivated human resource to better Pakistan. Skilled individuals, known as Fellows, are recruited from abroad to work with local private and non-governmental organizations, known as Partners, on short-term projects. Since 2005, Impak has successfully launched programs that have placed Fellows in a variety of sectors while providing group housing, interactive workshops, and intensive retreats for a complete summer experience.

International Voluntary Service Activities

Impak surveys a diverse array of organizations ranging from the social sector (e.g. health, education, human rights) to the private sector (e.g. finance, engineering, management). Among these, Impak selects Partners that can facilitate a high-impact, short-term work experience for a visiting Fellow where both can benefit significantly from the program.

Currently, Impak is recruiting for a summer program in Pakistan with the following organizations:

Concern for Children
Comprehensive Disaster Response Services
Afzaal Memorial Foundation for Thalassemia
Kashf Foundation
Leadership Development for Mobilizing Reproductive Health
Ida Rieu Poor Welfare Association
Ibtida and Indus Resource Center
